I originally was referred to Imperial when I did my roof on the new home that I bought 10 years ago. Stefan was professional, easy to get a hold of and the job was done smoothly and efficiently. I recently had a leak in my garage. I called Stefan, he came within a few days; took pictures of the problem to show me; fixed the problem and showed me pictures of the completed work. He took his time to explain to me everything in detail which I extremely appreciated but he did it in such a professional and educating manner and not a condescending one which most trades workers will do.
