Stephan and his crew did my neighbours roof and I called him and 2 other companies. He was the easiest to deal with by far and his quote was reasonable and the work was booked and done is one morning. I have a small townhouse and they had to deal with a turret and a couple of levels of slopes. He taught me about my eavestough and how I could avoid issues in the future with my roof.

I gave them drinks and offered to feed them (they said they were too busy) so gave them a nice cash tip to each of the crew and was sad to hear not many people do that!

They are so worth it.

Also my neighbours ar having a tough time with racoons peeling back their roof tiles.

Imperial did a great job with my roof replacement and I would highly recommend. From the estimate, to the shingle/colour selection, to the installation, Mike, Stephan and the crew were knowledgeable and very helpful. The guys were also fast to respond to any questions which made everything even easier. Finished roof looks great!

We purchased a resale home which had condensation and frost on the sheathing in extreme cold temperatures. We called Imperial as our family has been using them for over 20 years and they’ve done work on several homes for us. My family has worked for a long time in construction so we over analyze everything and we’ve always been very happy with Imperial and refer them all the time. Stephan came and confirmed the roof ventilation was insufficient for the size of our home. The intake baffles were sufficient, and unblocked but we needed roof vents for the air and moisture to escape. We also had some flashing replaced which the previous owner didn’t replace when he had the roof redone. The installer took his time to ensure everything was completed properly and was very professional and cleaned up when he left. We’ll add this to another successful experience with the Imperial team. The issue has been resolved with the added vents.

Highly recommend Imperial Roofs to anyone. They are reliable, professional and efficient. They did a beautiful job on our roof 13 years ago and cleaned up the yards nicely. We put in a couple of service calls for minor repairs after the wind storms recently. The crews showed up as soon as they could to fix the damages. Had my roof done three years ago by imperial roofing beautiful job then I went up to my attic to check on the insulation that I had a cold spot in my bedroom noticed that my bathroom vent pipe was not connected to the roof called them today at 10 o’clock in the morning they had somebody there at 11 o’clock in the morning his name is Mike wonderful guy fix the problem apologized and left.Very good workmanship and a very good roofing company to deal with.Thank you

Years ago, we used them to replace the roof on Crosby - we found that the crew was diligent about a quality work and the yard was immaculate after they were done. I've recently worked with Stephan on my new place and he really goes above and beyond. He came by for what I thought would be an estimate, but just did the quick roof maintenance right then and for a very reasonable rate! I completely trust his judgement and advice about what is important or what can wait. I highly recommend them.

Mike and the team did a professional job right from the quote to the install. They were kind enough to incorporate a couple of extra items which would have been out of scope otherwise. While I did not use it, I was happy that they have a financing tie up which can come in handy on more expensive projects.
